Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Lincoln National is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an entry-level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and hardworking, with strong project management and communication skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and in person 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution 3. Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation 5. Assist with onboarding new clients and providing training as needed 6. Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and procedures for client support


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or support role 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong project management and problem-solving abilities 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software 6. High attention to detail and accuracy 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
