Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Emerson Electric is seeking a motivated and resilient individual to join our team as a part-time Client Support Specialist in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Assist in maintaining client accounts and records - Contribute to the development of client support strategies and processes - Continuously seek opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention


Requirements: - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to effectively persuade and influence others - Detail-oriented and highly organized - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
