Job Description:
Old Republic International is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Support Specialist to work remotely from Montreal, Quebec. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in client support or related fields. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests - Provide timely and accurate responses to client questions through various communication channels - Resolve client issues and complaints in a professional and effective manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation - Assist with client onboarding and training as needed - Contribute to the improvement of client support processes and procedures
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in client support or a related field - Confident and energetic personality - Strong adaptability and communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
