Job description:


Toys “R” Us is looking for a passionate and confident Client Support Specialist to join our team remotely in Montreal, Quebec. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and complaints. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. 5. Assist with order processing and tracking. 6. Provide product recommendations and information to clients. 7. Assist with client onboarding and training. 8. Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.


Requirements: 1. Passionate about customer service and helping others. 2. Confident in your ability to communicate effectively with clients. 3. Strong leadership and project management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and remotely. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Proficient computer skills. 7. Excellent attention to detail.
