Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

National Oilwell Varco is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Client Support Specialist. This position will be based in Toronto, Ontario, and will be a part-time, work-from-home opportunity at an entry-level seniority level.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. 2. Assist clients with any questions or issues they may have regarding products or services. 3. Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner. 6. Utilize strategic planning skills to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in client support processes. 7. Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the company CRM system. 8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better serve clients effectively.

Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Driven and motivated to achieve targets and goals. 6. Strong strategic planning skills. 7. Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Availability to work part-time hours from a home office in Toronto, Ontario.
