Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Irving Oil is seeking a Client Support Specialist to work from home in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no years of experience required. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, motivated, and possess strong critical thinking and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with product inquiries, account issues, and technical support - Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer proficiency - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed - Must have a quiet workspace to work from home
