Job Description - Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Enbridge, a leading energy infrastructure company, is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support role. The ideal candidate will be confident, independent, and possess strong negotiation and leadership skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and live chat - Assist clients with account inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve service offerings - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to overall team success - Meet and exceed performance metrics set by management


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support role - Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Proven track record of problem-solving and delivering exceptional service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
