Job Description - Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


Global Partners is seeking a dedicated and confident Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a key member of our contact center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients on a global scale. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and emails from clients in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers. 3. Processing orders and managing customer accounts in our database system. 4. Collaborating with team members to resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively. 5. Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns. 6. Assisting with special projects and administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and listening skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other contact center tools. 5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 6. Innovation and adaptability to meet the changing needs of our global clients. 7. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
