Job Description - Contact Center Assistant


Job Description:


Mosaic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least one year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. The Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing support to our contact center team, handling incoming and outgoing calls, assisting with customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Make outgoing calls to follow up with customers and provide updates - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability - Resolve customer complaints and issues with effective problem-solving skills - Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and ability to manage people effectively - Excellent negotiation skills to resolve customer issues and complaints - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
