Job Description:
eBay is seeking a dedicated Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Contact Center Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting our contact center operations. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Providing information about products and services - Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Handling escalated customer complaints and finding satisfactory resolutions - Performing general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - Resilient and energetic personality - Strong decision-making and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
