Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with order placement, product information, and general inquiries. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively. 4. Provide support to the Contact Center team by completing administrative tasks as assigned. 5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and communication. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experiences. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 8. Adhere to company policies and guidelines at all times.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 6. Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. 7. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. 8. Comfortable working remotely and managing own schedule. 9. Must be resourceful, confident, and willing to learn. 10. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
