Job Description - Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


CenturyLink is seeking a part-time Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an Associate Level Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our contact center team and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations. This position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries or issues - Respond to emails and other forms of communication in a timely and professional manner - Update customer information in the database - Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience - Handle escalated customer complaints with empathy and efficiency - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Hardworking and motivated with a positive attitude - Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Innovative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - High school diploma or equivalent required
