Job Description:
We are looking for a Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Dr Pepper Snapple Group in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As an entry-level position, the Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing support to our contact center team and assisting with various tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing information or directing calls to the appropriate department - Responding to customer inquiries via email or chat with professionalism and empathy - Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Supporting the contact center team with administrative tasks as needed - Participating in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices
Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality to handle a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and customer interactions - 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role is preferred - Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure - Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
