Job Description - Contact Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Thomson Reuters is seeking a driven and reliable Contact Center Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and requests - Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support - Document all customer interactions accurately and timely in the company's CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct research and data analysis to provide additional support to customers - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines - Continuously improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards


Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong project management and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shift times - High school diploma or equivalent
