Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Fidelity National Information Services. This is a part-time position that allows for remote work from home, based in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Providing information about our products and services, as well as resolving customer issues and complaints. 3. Assisting customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. 4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the company's database. 5. Collaborating with team members to achieve department goals and objectives. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements: 1. Resilient and driven personality traits to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy. 2. Strong planning and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 3. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. 4. Proficiency in using computer software and navigating multiple systems simultaneously. 5. Ability to work independently and adapt to a virtual work environment. 6. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
