Job Description - Contact Center Associate

Job Description:


KPMG is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Contact Center Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate level position, the Contact Center Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various channels including phone calls, emails, and live chat. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong drive to succeed while being able to work independently.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking information or assistance - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails with efficiency and accuracy - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with clients - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and update client profiles - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge - Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards set by management


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent presentation and teamwork skills - Driven to achieve success and exceed customer expectations - Independent and proactive in problem-solving - Must be eligible to work in Canada
