Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Contact Center Associate to join our team at CMS Energy in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls in a timely and professional manner. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns - Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve issues - Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude at all times - Documenting all interactions with customers accurately in the system - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service - Adhering to company policies and procedures while assisting customers - Handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality and care
Requirements: - Resourceful and independent with the ability to problem-solve effectively - Strong strategic planning and time management skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software - A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications are a plus
