Job Description:
Occidental Petroleum is seeking a confident and dedicated Contact Center Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level role, the Contact Center Associate will be responsible for handling incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers, clients, and internal stakeholders. This part-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally - Provide information and assistance to customers and clients regarding products, services, and policies - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or managers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed - Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours - Planning and organizational skills
