Contact Center Associate

We are currently seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team at Simon Fraser University in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is hardworking, independent, innovative, and creative.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls from students, faculty, and staff - Providing information and assistance on university services, programs, and events - Responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all communications - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer service

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
