Job Description:
As a Contact Center Associate at Tenet Healthcare in Vancouver, British Columbia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. You will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, scheduling appointments, resolving issues, and providing information regarding healthcare services offered by the company.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner - Assist patients in scheduling appointments, coordinating referrals, and obtaining necessary documentation - Provide accurate information about healthcare services, insurance coverage, and billing inquiries - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure comprehensive support for customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and confidentiality
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced and changing environment - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively - Experience in people management and conflict resolution is a plus
