Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team at Ameriprise Financial in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As a part-time employee at the Associate level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from clients with professionalism and courtesy - Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and financial planning questions - Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow-up as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on financial products, services, and industry regulations - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong adaptability and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of financial products and services is preferred - Fluency in English and French is required - Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
