Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Boston Scientific is seeking a part-time Contact Center Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an entry-level position, the Contact Center Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role and possess a confident and energetic personality.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and orders - Provide prompt and accurate information to customers, ensuring their needs are met - Assist customers in troubleshooting problems and resolving any issues they may have - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find solutions - Make presentations to customers about our products and services

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Confident and energetic personality - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent presentation skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task
