Job Description:
As a Contact Center Associate at Spectra Energy, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a high level of independence and resourcefulness, as you will need to quickly and effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues. You will also be responsible for managing customer relationships, negotiating solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls from customers and provide support and solutions to their inquiries - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues and ensure resolution - Manage customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and issues - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on company products and services to effectively assist customers - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively manage customer relationships - Excellent people management skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Independent and resourceful mindset with the ability to problem solve on the spot - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of calls - Proficient in using computer systems and software programs - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
