Job Description:
Lincoln National is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This position is a part-time opportunity at the Associate level with a requirement of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service over the phone and through various online channels. This is a work-from-home position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and efficient manner - Provide support and assistance to customers regarding product information, account inquiries, and issue resolution - Utilize company systems to access customer information, update records, and process transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and delivering exceptional service - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and confidentiality of customer information - Continuously improve skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely - Resourceful and confident in problem-solving and decision-making - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues - Proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM software - Must have a quiet workspace, reliable internet connection, and access to necessary equipment for remote work
