Job Description - Remote Contact Center Manager

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team at Burlington Stores in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in contact center management.


As a Remote Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our remote contact center team. This includes managing a team of remote customer service representatives, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, and monitoring key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure team success - Develop and implement contact center policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to improve performance - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed - Collaborate with other departments to improve cross-functional processes and enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service and contact center management


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in contact center management, preferably in a remote environment - Motivated and energetic personality traits - Strong time management and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of driving results and exceeding performance targets - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred) - Experience with contact center technology and software platforms
