TravelCenters of America is seeking a reliable and adaptable Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a contact center environment looking to take on a mid-to-senior level role.
As the Remote Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our contact center team, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Your primary duties will include managing a team of remote contact center agents, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to achieve KPIs.
In addition to managing day-to-day operations, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for contact center agents, as well as conducting regular performance evaluations to ensure consistent high-quality service delivery. You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation skills and attention to detail, as well as a proven track record of success in a contact center management role. You must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
