SanDisk, a leading technology company, is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in contact center management.
As the Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the contact center operations, including managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring excellent customer service delivery, optimizing performance metrics, and driving initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity within the contact center.
Key responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance - Develop and implement operational procedures to streamline contact center processes and improve efficiency - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination between teams - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster continuous improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and excellence within the contact center
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in contact center management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and empowerment - Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving performance targets - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively - Reliable and driven personality traits - Strong time management and people management skills
