Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Stantec is seeking a part-time Contact Center Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and operations of our contact center team. We are looking for a confident and motivated individual with excellent cooperation and time management skills.


Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the contact center team - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and efficiency - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure team goals are met - Train and coach contact center staff to enhance their skills and performance - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Implement quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of service - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - At least 6 years of experience in contact center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proven track record of improving contact center performance - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and contact center software - Understanding of contact center KPIs and metrics
