Job Description: Tesoro is seeking a dedicated Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a Mid-to-Senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, the Remote Contact Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our contact center operations. This part-time role requires a hardworking and resourceful individual who possesses strong planning and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote contact center agents to ensure outstanding customer service and support. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve contact center efficiency and performance. 3. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and analyze the effectiveness of contact center operations. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner. 5. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of contact center agents. 6. Utilize contact center software and tools to optimize operations and enhance customer interactions. 7. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on contact center performance and initiatives. 8. Implement quality assurance programs to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. 9. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in contact center operations.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred). 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in contact center management. 3. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in contact center software and tools. 6. Ability to work independently and remotely. 7. Experience in managing remote teams is a plus.
