Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Inter Pipeline is seeking a passionate and confident Contact Center Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario.


As the Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact center, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. You will lead a team of customer service representatives, setting goals, providing training and support, and monitoring performance. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase productivity.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives - Set performance goals and targets for the contact center team - Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and feedback as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase productivity - Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve processes - Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement - Prepare and present reports on contact center performance to senior management


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a contact center or customer service management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
