Job Description - Remote Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Enbridge is seeking a highly motivated Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the contact center industry. As a Remote Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our customers.


Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of remote customer service representatives - Develop and implement training programs for new hires - Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed - Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance the customer experience - Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in the contact center industry - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Excellent time management skills - Visa sponsorship available - Willingness to travel for training and team meetings - Employee discounts on products and services
