Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


PVH is seeking a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Manager to work from home in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This part-time position requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in contact center management. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of energy and independence, along with strong adaptability and people management skills.


Responsibilities:


- Manage a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure a high level of service delivery - Develop and implement contact center strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase efficiency - Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular performance feedback to team members - Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations to improve team performance - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolutions - Collaborate with other departments to enhance cross-functional communication and improve customer experience - Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of service delivery - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve contact center operations


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in contact center management - Proven track record of successfully managing remote teams - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in contact center software and tools - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Experience in people management and conflict resolution
