Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Dana Holding is seeking a motivated and hardworking Contact Center Manager to work remotely from home in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise a team of remote customer service representatives - Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback as needed - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Analyze data and metrics to improve team performance and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Proven track record of exceeding customer expectations - Persuasion and attention to detail skills - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
