Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Spectra Energy is seeking a motivated and adaptable Contact Center Manager to work from home in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate level position, the Contact Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our contact center, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of contact center agents, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor call volume and ensure that service levels are maintained - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to agents - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement - Work closely with other departments to resolve escalated customer issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills - Motivated and adaptable personality - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Comfortable working from home and using remote communication tools - Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
