Global Partners is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Contact Center Manager to work from home in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of contact center agents remotely to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. - Develop and implement strategies to improve contact center performance metrics, such as call response times, customer satisfaction scores, and first call resolution rates. - Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the contact center operation. - Provide coaching and training to contact center agents to enhance their skills and performance. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer escalations and ensure a seamless customer experience. - Implement and oversee quality assurance programs to maintain high standards of service delivery. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to contact center agents. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in contact center management.
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in contact center management or a related field. - Proven track record of driving results and improving operational performance. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Driven and dedicated to achieving team and company goals. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure. - Proficiency in using contact center software and tools. - Time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
