Contact Center Officer

Genesis Healthcare is currently seeking a part-time Contact Center Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. We are looking for candidates who are independent, resilient, have excellent attention to detail, and strong time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients and provide excellent customer service - Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate as needed - Document all customer interactions accurately in the system - Follow company procedures and protocols when assisting customers - Meet quality assurance standards set by the company - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry - Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
