Contact Center Officer

Job description:

Health Net is currently seeking a highly motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Contact Center Officer in our Toronto, Ontario office. This is a part-time entry-level position with no required years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from members and providers in a professional and courteous manner - Provide assistance with inquiries related to health insurance coverage, claims processing, and benefits - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system - Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be authorized to work in Canada
