Job Description - Contact Center Officer

Job Description: As a Contact Center Officer at Charles Schwab in Toronto, Ontario, CA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients contacting the company via phone, email, or chat. This is a part-time position at the entry level, perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner. 2. Assist clients with account maintenance, transactions, and general inquiries about financial products and services. 3. Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. 4. Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer concerns and escalate as needed. 5. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update client information in the system. 6. Stay informed about financial products, services, and company policies to provide up-to-date information to customers. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.


Requirements: 1. Dedicated and driven individual with a passion for customer service. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively to find solutions. 3. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously. 5. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. 6. Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required.
