Job Description:
Ingram Micro is looking for a Contact Center Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Escalating any issues or complaints to the appropriate department for resolution - Processing orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Resourceful and resilient attitude when dealing with challenging situations - Adaptability to changes in procedures and technology - Time management skills to meet deadlines and quotas - Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred
