Remote Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

Mondelez International is seeking a Remote Contact Center Officer to join our dynamic team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As a part-time Associate Level Remote Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, resolve customer complaints, and process orders accurately. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries. 4. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Meet established performance goals and targets for customer service metrics. 6. Utilize CRM systems and other tools to document customer interactions and resolutions.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. 5. Driven and motivated personality traits. 6. Demonstrated innovation and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
