Job Description - Contact Center Officer - Work from home

HRG Group is seeking a motivated and dedicated Contact Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients through various communication channels.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. - Providing information on products and services, processing orders, and addressing customer concerns. - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. - Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools. - Self-driven and resilient with a strong work ethic. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently. - Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners. - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home with a reliable internet connection.
