Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers in a professional and friendly manner 2. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues 3. Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and ensure a positive interaction 4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with menu items, promotions, and specials 5. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency in customer service delivery 6. Document customer interactions in the company's CRM system for future reference and follow-up 7. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive work environment 8. Meet or exceed performance metrics and KPIs set by the company to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 4. Proficiency in using basic computer software and CRM systems 5. Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed 6. Previous customer service experience is an asset but not required 7. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home with high-speed internet access 8. Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
