Job Description:
Procter & Gamble is seeking a Contact Center Officer to work from home in Toronto, Ontario on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. This position offers the opportunity to work independently and requires a dedicated individual with strong leadership and innovation skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Educate customers about Procter & Gamble products and services. 4. Manage and update customer accounts and information accurately. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service experience. 6. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities. 5. Innovative mindset and willingness to learn new processes. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
