Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and resourceful Contact Center Officer to join our team at Burlington Stores. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level Contact Center Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our customer service operations remotely.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, returns, and other customer service-related issues. 3. Utilize strategic planning and research skills to provide accurate information and solutions to customers. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for further resolution. 5. Maintain customer records accurately and update information as needed. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes and customer satisfaction. 7. Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer service metrics. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide customers with accurate information.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 4. Demonstrated strategic planning and research abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 6. Flexible work schedule and ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. 7. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
