Job Description:


Salesforce.com is looking for a dedicated and energetic Contact Center Officer to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Contact Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no prior experience required as we provide comprehensive training.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers and provide a high level of customer service. - Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, answer customer inquiries, and promote products and services. - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. - Continuously learn about our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong persuasion skills to promote products and services effectively. - Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues. - Must be dedicated and energetic with a positive attitude. - Remote work experience is a plus. - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home. - High school diploma or equivalent.
