Contact Center Representative

Essendant is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Contact Center Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. We are looking for individuals who are independent and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and providing information about products and services - Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Processing orders and entering customer information into the database - Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases - Utilizing analytical skills to identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to management - Using persuasion techniques to upsell products or services to customers when appropriate

Requirements: - No prior experience required, training will be provided - Resourceful and able to work independently - Strong analytical skills - Persuasive communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent
