Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Publix Super Markets is seeking a Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This part-time, Associate Level position requires at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. The ideal candidate will be confident, hardworking, possess strong emotional intelligence, and excel at strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints regarding products and services - Provide excellent customer service by actively listening, empathizing, and finding solutions to customer concerns - Use company resources and knowledge base to accurately and efficiently resolve customer issues - Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system - Meet and exceed performance goals for call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay informed on company policies, promotions, and products to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent - Confidence, hardworking attitude, emotional intelligence, and strategic planning skills
