Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


NiSource is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Contact Center Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone with 1 year of experience in customer service who is energetic and passionate about delivering exceptional service to our customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally 2. Providing information to customers about products and services 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner 4. Processing customer orders and managing customer accounts 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction 7. Participating in training and development programs to enhance communication and problem-solving skills 8. Representing NiSource in a positive light and adhering to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems 5. Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service 6. Innovative and cooperative mindset 7. Ability to work well in a team environment
