Remote Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

Alliance Data Systems is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time entry-level position, the Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role will involve handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from customers - Providing accurate and timely information to customers - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional manner - Documenting all customer interactions in the CRM system - Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent service delivery - Meeting and exceeding performance metrics and goals - Maintaining a positive attitude and providing a high level of customer service at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and hardworking personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strategic planning and project management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
