Job Description - Remote Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Fidelity Canada in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services. 3. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our database. 5. Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service. 7. Striving to meet and exceed performance metrics and goals.


Requirements: 1. Independent and dedicated personality traits. 2. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 5. Ability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. 6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
